I have made all of my comps and precomps 1920x1080 (same as the master file), but the tracking is still off set by a bunch of pixels. What am I doing wrong?

I've run into an issue where the applied corner pin data is spread out over 35 seconds instead of the 4 seconds I actually tracked! :c The tracking data looks great if I highlight the Mocha effect in AE, but as soon as I apply it to anything it's way off after the first frame, probably do to the timing being so off. Can't find any solutions online.

I tried to do this with an iphone x and since its screen is full of curves I cannot match the screen replacing with the iphone screen

Track a smaller section expand the mask, and use a solid wirh rounded corners as a screen base :)

I am unable to zoom all the way in. I can hit zoom once and it moves in like 25% but that's it. I keep hitting "Z" and it doesn't do anything. Any ideas?

hold down "Z" and then click and drag up or down

Track the edges of the device, pin a solid to the track and reduce its size to the screen. Precompose and create screen contents inside.
