I would keep the blazer. In my minds eye I can see some chocolate, almost cognac colored faux leather shorts with tights underneath with the line in the back and some high heeled booties and maybe a mesh top maybe lacey situation and tortoise glasses. With the blazer open it up and push the sleeves up. It sounds like a lot but the way I see it, the lace top is kinda muted and so are the tights. Something can be toned down if needed but yeah the brown or switch it out for hot pink shorts/skirt/ glasses. That color pink pops on you.
