Tiramisu ANANAS COCO

Recipe of tiramisu pineapple coco, exotic flavors to transport you the time of a desert to a little sunnier horizons.
In my recipe I used homemade spoon cookies to have the right thickness and not have to cut them into thickness in order to have a good cream-biscuit balance.
The rest time is at least 4 hours but know that the longer you wait the better it will be.
