TIRAMISU RECIPE WITHOUT EGGS/ EASY TIRAMISU RECIPE

this is the best tiramisu recipe and it's without eggs, I came up with a recipe that doesn't include eggs in the cream and it's the best thing you will ever taste, the combination of the coffee, soft lady finger and the mascarpone cheese cream is out of this world delicious.

4 cups of whipping cream (liquid not whipped)
4 cups of mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 cups of icing sugar
4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 cups of coffee
7 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
48 lady fingers
cocoa powder for dusting

I have made this recipe a number of times and have realized that there’s no need of any sugar in the filling because ladyfinger biscuits are already sweet, the cream is sweet too, so unless you really like too sweet, don’t put any sugar. My family and friends can never tell if I put sugar or no.

the purpose of this recipe is to make the mascarpone cream filling egg free as the traditional way of making tiramisu is using raw egg yolks in the cream filling. also if you like to make it completely egg free, you can use eggless lady fingers. hope this helps :)

The cream that I made , doesn’t contain any eggs in it as lots of tiramisu recipes call for egg yolks. As for the lady fingers if you can’t have lady fingers with eggs in it , you can use any eggless biscuits you want :)

The issue is with using raw eggs that can carry salmonella. The lady fingers are already cooked so no risk of salmonella. Most tiramisu recipes call for raw egg yolks that could make you sick.

The purpose of the video is to make the cream part eggless as the original recipe is supposed to have raw eggs in it . Also you can absolutely make it with eggless lady fingers if you prefer :)

You don't need to have a kitchen aid mixer to make this recipe . Hand mixers also work perfectly .
