Select the centre edge first, then rotate in steps by pressing the ctrl and r keys. Repeat the same process for the other two edges.

Hi! first of all press the period key on keyboard and make sure the pivot point is set to median point. then press the e key to extrude and s to scale

getting closer I have my tires already to go, and building a car to go on the tires, and now look looking for a rig tutorial to put the car on the path and make the wheels spin. All the ones I looked at from 2.8 to 2.83 does not work in 2.92. I tried the transportation pro 2.1 from blender market but does not work with my own rig. I got refunded from that. Trying to come up with my own rig I can get the empties parented but how to get the wheels to turn while moving your car. 2.92. I can not safely load up the older versions it messes with my computer windows 10/64 desktop

did scaling x at 1:00 and it didnt look exactly the same, just make a circle protrude out like a ring instead of making it look closer to a tire
