Studying with intention is a must. Personally, I use the Pomodoro technique, and it works well for me. In addition, I draw everything I learn and teach it to either a real person or an imagined one. Since I’m a visual and kinesthetic learner, this approach helps me absorb information more effectively. I also find great joy in forming strong memories of what I learn-that emotional connection is another essential part of the process. Learning isn’t just about retention, it’s about truly experiencing the knowledge.
