If you’re curious about the process, contact the three seasons legal team, or call your own lawyer here for them to explain how it works. I personally know tens of thousands of foreigners who fully own property here and my family is buying some very soon ourselves. This has well & truly come to a surprise to me that as a foreigner you can buy a property 💯% in your name, but the question still stands, before I get in touch with you , would I b able to own the land in my own name rather then a Thai partner or Thai company name??? Coz that's what my lawyer in Bangkok has advised meb
