@@fezthedracky8468 attack speed gives thin damage and movement speed on critical. Jhin with hail of blades gets a shitton of damage when it is up for 3 autos them the forth is the powered up auto. It also makes Jhin hella fast late game. Kraken gives a shitton of AS as well on top of ur 3rd auto doing a lot of tru damage. so in lane u can stack 2 kraken passives on minions and then trade one auto and win the trade every time.

Honestly, while weaker in the laning phase, I'd rather run lethal tempo than HoB in this meta; it's kinda like an opposite ramping HoB, but has no CD, and when fully stacked give you more range... Longer trades being more beneficial, as AD/MS ramps per auto. (Though, as usual when someone ever does something outside meta, they get shit from their teammates, even if they carry; my reaction to them being shitty towards me in this specific case, is usually just to tell them to read Jhin passive before complaining, then they just shut up, 'cus his passive is a fuckings essay...)

Isn't Fleet Footwork better instead of HoB? After the 3 autos u don't get value of this rune, but FF provides survivability during laning phase, gives also MS and scales with other zeal items. Plus u can proc it multiple times during a team fight

It's hard to decide, lethal tempo is really hard to proc on jhin but if it's a really beefed comp and you have ghost then lethal tempo is much better scaling and way better rune page

@@biggiecheese2004 its not hard to decide. although what you are saying is true here. lethal provides 0 value until it is fully stacked. hob is always providing value on first auto and it scales just the same into late game, only thing u miss out on is the extra range. its kind of like people who take dark harvest, the rune provides 0 value if you are not procing it completely off cooldown so more than most times, electrocute is just the better rune choice.

I would say decent on kitable comps,But if the enemy is majority squishy they are prob gonna die in like 2 to 3 hits anyway and just die before you even stack your lethal tempo,your better off using hail to finish them faster but if there were like tanks and bruisers that will survive for a while they will keep lethal stacked because they arent insta dying then lethal Tempo is worth

I think the best part of this current meta is the adcs arent running heal, it was always very dumb to me how heal was only really useful pre lvl 6, when other runes are just as if not more useful, and dying a lot that early is usually troll anyway in bot. Especially as a support who has to run ignite or exhaust, exhaust being perfectly fine, ignite stealing all the kills. Why arent the support runes heal or exhaust ill never know.

as a sup, we usually ignite early to stop enemy from getting full heal, can be risky as the engage may not last long but if u play enough u can usually tell when a heal is going to be used in a fight. Or i just run another spell if enemy does not have heal in kit or Sp.
