Omigosh, i was so so anticipating this vlog update for your return to perform in HK! How moving and special to return as principal dancer!!! What are you using to massage your legs and muscles? I need something similar to help with my calves. They have never been right ever since I tore my Acheilies tendon and the muscle and ligaments especially in my left leg and ankle. The right one is better than the left, but still needs help. I have had spinal cord injuries that also affect my legs and the cramping has gotten worse over the last year and especially in the last 4 months. I have been doing more stretches to see if it helps. You did a great job in your performance.💜

Hey Tirion 👋 Just wondering if you’re interested in doing pico laser for facial treatment? I am much older than you are so I’ve come to conclusion that it’s not worth spending thousands on just skincare moisturizer, but laser with current technology does make the difference.
