చంద్రగిరి నుండి ప్రతిరోజు ఉదయాన్నే యాదవ కులంలో జన్మించిన ఒక గొల్ల మహిళ పెరుగు కుండను నెత్తి మీద పెట్టుకుని కొండ ఎక్కి శ్రీవారి ఆలయం వద్దకు వచ్చేది. శిల్పులకు, నిర్మాణ పనివారికి, ఎవరైనా భక్తులు ఉంటే వారికి చల్లని మజ్జిగ అమ్మేది. ఆ గొల్ల మహిళ ప్రతిరోజు శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వరుడి దివ్య మంగళ రూపాన్ని భక్తితో దర్శించుకునేది.
Every morning from that Chandragiri, a Golla woman born in the Yadava caste used to climb the hill with a pot of curd on her head and come to the temple of Srivaru. Cold buttermilk was sold to sculptors, construction workers and any devotees.
That Golla woman used to visit the divine statue of Sri Venkateswara with devotion every day.
