For 1000/- room, I suppose to vaccate morning 10am, but vacated at 4pm due to baby issue...in this regard they have taken additional charges towards half day extra stay and they were not adjusted in caution deposit amount and further advised us that we will refund caution deposit in a couple of days...4th November 2023 vacated the room and got the message also as with in 7'working days payment will be deposited in my account...but still not received.... seems to be a soft scam from pilgrims.

Dec 18th we vocated, we booked 2 rooms both caution deposit amount till now not credited...we got noyification on dec 21sr stated your refund transaction succesfully done. We complaint no response till. Very worst management. They looting pilgrims money in new technique and they thinkinh they are very smart
