Hi sir... I tried this recipe with ur tips and advices.. It was really amazing😍👍... And i would like to give some tips for those who wanna try this recipe.. While making caramel don't let it boil.. Turn the stove off, as soon as it melts and turns into liquid form. And ask someone to stir the halwa while u r making caramel.. After separating water from milk... Add atleast 3 glasses of clean water to avoid the raw /sour smell of wheat and stir continuously.. Thank you.. I think it might help someone..bcoz i was searching for this answer in the comment section before making this recipe

Anna hai. First time I tried your recipe, Tirunelveli halwa with chapathi dough. Ah!! It was awesome and yummy yummy. Whole family loved it. I made nearly 2.5 kgs of halwa. I started stirring exactly @9.00AM and finishes @12.30pm. Though it took long time for extra measurements, I happily did as it was turning out good. My in-laws are asking me to make this for every Diwali. Thanks to you anna, credit goes to you. I am gonna try all menus soon.

I am from Mumbai and I used to eat this iruttu kada halwa whenever i go to my Granny's house in Tiruchendur and i just love it, but i have never gotten this taste anywhere else, even in Tirunelveli....I have tried this Halwa in several places but i become so sad because it never tasted the same as in Tiruchendur....I will try ur recipe and hope that i will find my taste because i have tried ur milagu pongal recipe and now follow only ur recipe....now i make pongal better than any restaurant... thanks to u...
