The adulteration of cow ghee with lard or similar fat was first alleged by CBN. The basis for the allegation was the NDDB report on the samples collected during June when CBN is in office but not Jagan. Therefore, CBN ought to be the person responsible for adulteration, but not Jagan. Further the report did not conclusively confirm the allegation and so, the allegation deemed to be presumptive not founded on an absolute fact. The aggrieved YCP leaders went to SC. The SC, having entertained the case, ought to have questioned CBN to produce his evidence to substantiate his allegation to decide whether primafacie there is a case to cause an enquiry in such a situation. This should be the first step the SC should have taken, but on the contrary, the SC unnecessary gave an extension of the case by constituting an enquiry committee. How does this committee worth conducting an enquiry when the samples of laddu or ghee of Jagan's period are no longer available now? How can the current procedure adopted in preparing laddu, simulate the situation of the past period to take it as conclusive and absolute evidence to prove the allegation? Either a common man like me, or the highest intellectual and topmost judiciary of the country failed to have the application of mind in such flimsy case to understand properly in the right perspective. Nageswar ji if you see this by chance, give me a reply? If your answer could be like to pacify the sentiments of the public then, I am not satisfied.
