In 2019, innocent people gave him massive victory to rule the state. But, he ruined the state. During 2019- 2024 May, AP was the only state without capital in India. Educated and people with conscience will never support Jagan mohan Reddy. He blamed NCB NAIDU as the man behind the murder of his uncle YS VIVEKANANDA Reddy . He demanded CBI enqiry. After becoming CM he didn't show interest to arrest the culprit. When Viveka's daughter demanded CBI enqiry, he opposed it. But the SC ordered CBI CBI enquiry. Jagan mohan Reddy's men gave trouble to CBI in various ways. Thus he passed 5 years. So far, there is no improvement in the case. Viveka's daughter is giving the suspected names. But, JMReddy is protecting the culprits. What happened to Dr Sudhakar ? For the simple allegations made by him against the Govt regarding lack of CORONA masks and aprons, he was suspended the same day. He was stamped as mentally not good. His head was shaved. Hands were tied backside and laid on the road. A police constable beat him with lathi on his back. After few days of torture he died.

In the last few years there were several concerns expressed by various sections about the quality of Prasadam (a simple reasoning about the standard of Ghee obtained at around Rs 350 per Kg should answer the question about adulteration). There is no way one can get the evidence about the past Prasadam, and it may be favouring the culprits in the court of law. Also, for many it may not matter much about the contamination(be it animal or vegetable oil or something else other than pure Desi cow ghee) in Ghee used in Prasadam. But there are several Santh, Swamy and Sanyasi who revere it with utmost sanctity.

Do you know why this case directly came to supreme court? It looks like there is some comprimise. CBN, commented on this issue after 2 months of findings and corrections. With the proof of lab reports. When a certified lab gives a report on four samples, do we need to go for second opinion? There were lots of complaints on the quality of laddu, now I can see a clear difference in laddu that I had 2 days before. Quality is so much improved. It's very unfortunate that these type of comments coming from this bench. Laddu issue is just a triggering point, there was lots of destructions happened on Hindu temples from last five years in AP. I hope new Govt started corrective actions. These comments are expected when the case was filed. The reason behind this is as below. For transparency, this case should be given to a different bench. *This Justice KV Viswanathan was YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's personal lawyer before becoming a Supreme Court judge* 1)2013 Jagan Mohan Reddy C.B.I cases argued in Supreme Court ~ Justice KV Viswanathan [Supreme Court of India CRLA 730/2013] 2) In 2020, the Supreme Court Judge Justice KV Viswanathan heard the arguments in the Supreme Court that it was Jagan Reddy's wish that English medium should be implemented in Andhra Pradesh schools. 3) 2022 Jagan Reddy has appointed this Justice KV Viswanathan as an advocate in the Supreme Court regarding the transfer of assets from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh!!!

Court ought to bind to evidence by Expert's opinion as per Indian Evidence Act and Expert Certificate is proved time and again but still why court not found evidence or proof ?
