Sir I will first fry the chilli, little bit of tamarind , pudhina , secondly, coriander leaves. Grind it well. Then season with all ingredients you said then sauté it well till the oil comes up. At last little bit of lemon juice. The way you did seems so easy way. Today I will try your method and tell you how it is.
