Please remember to apply NEW START. To neglect any area in the eight laws of health could be detrimental to your health. Nutrition - Plant based diet is best. Don't eat unclean meats. Exercise - move, get your heart rate up... consult your doctor about appropriate exercise. Water - drink water instead of sweet drinks, caffeine, and alcohol. Sunshine - get some vitamin D from the sun each day. Temperance - moderation in the good stuff, eliminate the bad stuff. Air - Go outside and breathe fresh air. Rest - Sleep for 8 hours each night. Do not work on the Sabbath. Trust in God - Read your Bible, pray, go to church. Let us remember to share this with our friends with health issues as well. God bless you. ❤
