HI DOLL! It took about two weeks, especially with a new launch, and holidays but send Faye an email ( owner) or the Team.. make sure you include order number and tracking number in email. They are VERY good about getting back to you. Usually within 48 hours. Thank you so much for the love! I actually was debating on a BINGO… right after my palette ranking for 2024! Stay tuned for that one lol should be a kicker lol my first one! lol ❤
