I do believe that MyAnna's performance is what gave Tissaia the complexity we love in the series. Props to her. She got all these small details about the character and filled them with emotion. She could be just bossy, but there's so much more to her acting, I find it amazing every time I watch her.

"Power" isn't always the best factor for a comparison. Tissaia has a lot more knowledge than many of the mages of the continent, but in terms of raw power its hard to say.

its not really magic, she just simple use her Chaos to effect on his brain, make it feel as much pain as she want him to feel, while the body remain untouched the pain is just unbearable to the point the victim may die or become completely stupid from brain malfunction.
