Tissue Paper Puffy Heart Valentine's Window Decoration - Easy Craft Project

For this Valentine's day project, I borrowed a papercrafting technique that I learned back in gradeschool! Does anyone else remember applying squares of tissue paper with a pencil eraser?

Lol, I made one of these about 6 years ago, also borrowing the tissue paper technique from a second or third grade project I made. :) there is something very relaxing about doing it.
