Just received my titan rack , good quality rack ,good delivery and sales service but let down very badly by lack of assembly & fitting procedure .I can work it out as I am a automotive. Engineer &mechanical engineer ,just so your management team know these detailed instructions in writing with each product are a legal and moral requirement .

Very much need to include section for seal between tub & canopy ,this is very important !

Yes and the easiest trick is to put it on the tub itself!

video would be better if it showed where to place the rubber seal for optimum performance

We are working on videos for each model ute as they are all different. But one trick is to put the seal on the tub!
