I agree with everybody else, better than a shovel. I drove a John Deere back in the mid 70's it was old and wobbled but nothing like that. I tried to move the rear end over one time while the bucket was about ten feet down in a hole. I broke the whole thing off of the tractor. Needless to say the boss was really upset. But he did say it was his fault for not instructing me to attempt to move it while so deep. It cost $1000 just for the replacement part back then. I sure was embarrassed over the ordeal for a while. At least he never fired me for it. I use to work for a county irrigation district enjoyed it. Thanks for the video have a good one.

Thanks for sharing the story, sounds like it may have been more related to worn out equipment then the operators fault. Have a good day!

Yes it would be worth investing the extra money for a good one if a person planned to use it a lot. I’m thinking of a doing a slight redesign on this one soon. Thanks for watching!

I'm using a Kubota TB820 backhoe on my B26. It works better at all chores than my larger Case. No beating the Kubota quality. Last week it dug up a dozen large growth scrub oak clusters with huge root balls. The Case was no match.

I have a Kioti 45 horsepower tractor with a Kioti backhoe attachment on it here at school and it works very well. The mounted backhoes are more stable than the 3 point ones but the 3 point ones were all you use to be able to get as an attachment.
@khtractors
@khtractors 3 жыл бұрын
Even most 3 point versions have a different style top link connection to add stability. Subframe mounted backhoes would have to be better. Thanks for watching!

I understand your feelings. I have a towable backhoe and no matter what I do I can’t seem to be able to feather the swing function. Very, very frustrating. Otherwise it’s a good little machine. It’s also made in China. You’re doing well working around your problem. Good luck.

I think it is built by Jinma a Chinese company and Titan rebrands it. Most of Titan Attachments equipment I’ve seen seems pretty good. They do sell one backhoe now that seems built better then this one but doesn’t have a thumb. Have a good day and thanks for watching!

I agree with your assessment and the other comments - this was painful to watch. I really felt for you having to work with that degree of slop. I hate to drop the money for a Kubota backhoe for the 7060, but after watching the alternative, it may be worth it.

@@khtractors I'm glad you did complain about it. It will give me pause about buying from that company. I'm actually about as fixed up for attachments as I can be until I find some bigger property to run some cattle on. That thing wiggles like a hula girl but it's better then a shovel lol. I've got to lay 100ft of leach line soon ugg on my BX but it's only 8 inch graveless pipe so the 12 inch bucket is perfect only thing it's a little rocky like what your doing just take my time.

Ben, that was painful to watch. I have a Kubota factory frame type backhoe and I can tell you it has nothing in common with that one. If you ever run a frame mounted BH you will fully understand what I’m saying. It is a joy to operate. I can’t believe the slop in that BH. Incredibly painful to watch. Sorry for the brutal honesty. Hopefully, this video will save many people lots of hard earned money. Take care my friend.

Where do You hook up the bypass hose?
@khtractors
@khtractors 2 жыл бұрын
I just hooked a hose from the inlet and one from the outlet of the valve on the backhoe. Then when you plug to your remotes you can switch the direction of the flow from the tractor in order for the backhoe controls to work correctly.
