Since I use high end brands I was curious about this fragrance so looked it up and found this video. I’m glad I found it because I was going to throw the bottle away thinking it’s some cheaply indian brand.

The key is consistent progressive overload, rest & varying range of motion... dont overdo the protein... rest & recovery is very important..
