Correction i'm afraid @mainlinecully - There is a person inside it, the chest plate is where he looks through to see where he is walking. The guy who drives him in has a control panel that plays the sound effects and relevant song choices? They both work together to a rehearsed routine so better luck next time when chucking out the insults on my video buddy?! ;0)
