I decided to add grease fittings to the pivot points on my Titan tree and post puller. Not a big job and maybe not necessary, but it can't hurt.

I have the same puller... LOVE IT. I've always wanted to put zerks on it but I figured I'd go thru a bunch of drill bits going thru that thick steel... great job

Remove the pins and start with an 1/8" bit, then a 7/32 ". I used a 1/4 - 20 tap because it's a common size.

I love your setup. Great job with the zerts. Those pins will last a lot longer for sure.

I don’t understand when companies build without grease fittings. I’ve seen a lot of grapples without fittings.

Keeps the cost down, I guess. I don't use this puller that often, but it sits outside and a little grease might help to keep out moisture and eventual rust. Years from now the next owner will appreciate this little modification. I bought a Frostbite log grapple and it has grease fittings in the right places.

What is the dimension of the Cylinder on the jaw side? Stroke, Diameter and piston (mm)? I intend ordering one like yours.

Ya but how did you do it? Did you remove the pins before you drilled?

Yes, pins were removed and then I blew out any debris before putting the pin back in. I suppose I should shown that.
