Like the other videos, the jokes are supposed to be jokes and nothing ells. They're not meant to be taken seriously.

CosmicOwl you can use phase rewind to rodeo titans multiple times or make them waste their electric smoke. Maybe even get if your titan to pick up a battery then rewind back to your titan

I love the Phase Rewind. Do this for maximum effectiveness: 1. use Stim Pilot. 2. Get someone's attention 3. Make sure he/she want to kill you 4. Make them chase you into small corridors 5. Take a sharp turn then *reeewind* 6. They are confused now 7. Pop them with your gun/ execute them

The only reason radar jammer would be useful is in the marked for death because The marked player can see all pilots and Titans on their radar and if it is jammed then they cannot see you on your mini map

Radar jammer: ready at 80% of Titan meter and lasts for 1 minute after activation Stuff it does: 1) Makes invisible the reaper Titanfall warning, changes or removes the color around enemies and allies and removes their name tag so you don't know who you can trust. 2) makes auto pistol lock on allies when in view and makes it slower when locking on to an enemy 3) non existent or glitched communication between Titan and pilot for like warnings about incoming titanfalls or really any information 4) glitchy or disappearing interface (ammo, weapon, radar, scoreboard, Titan meter, core meter, tactical ability and so on) to both pilots and titans. (All these features together would make the boost op but if the guys at respawn took a couple of them it would make up for a quite nice boost)

I was actually thinking about a way to improve it as well without giving the developers a headache (but in all honesty they need one cuase of shit the boost is), My idea was that after you activated it you would be invisible to all forms of radar/detection, pulse blade, tones sonar, map hack would be useless and smart pistols wouldnt be able to lock onto you Also i think from adjustments 2-4 it would make this boost very viable, adjustment 1 sounds very op ngl

AND I would totally hold onto it until someone map-hacked (UGGGH) If it countered the outlines in map-hack, sonar, pulse then I would go back to rockin it maybe...but damn. anyways. good shit! brilliant editing and hella funny.

As a person who uses Radar Jammer, I just pop it immediately and go after an enemy who is isolated on my mini map, to ensure a kill and disrupt the enemy. This works because I use Stim.

Boost idea: EMP. Slows down ability cooldowns, Titanfall charge meters, pilots and titans in a certain area, and shuts down radar.

I would make it so would it would completely disable the enemy’s hud, you can’t call in ready titans, you can’t use tactical equipment, and any equipment active will be destroyed and I will raise the activation time to 70%

As someone who plays semi-professionally, I check my radar every 3 or so seconds. Even just a glance can save your life. The jammer is meant to be used behind cover, not as your approaching an enemy. Hope this kinda helps you use it

I feel that radar jammer could maybe be useful in either a heavy flank playstyle or paired with cloak to basically attempt to conceal your position as much as possible. And/or execution grinding. That too.

Agreed! If the radar jammer could nullify all kinds of scans, it would be extremely useful and a tactical device that could balance out the use of said scannng devices. It took me several tens of hours before I even noticed there was a radar/mini map in the game. Only find it useful in frontier defense.

As someone who personally uses Radar Jammer, here are some of my tips. First off, though, I'll have to explain the mechanics. As you know, the radar jammer only disables the enemy's radar, which has a bunch of mechanics on its own. I'll list these: First off, an orange circle will appear when an enemy is firing NEAR you. If you jam this, they will not be able to tell that you or an ally is near them currently fighting. The radar is divided into various quadrants which will turn orange if an enemy is firing in that direction, but is out of range of the quadrant. An enemy pilot who fires is indicated by a large orange circle. This will reveal the location of when the shot was fired and MAYBE their current position for a moment later. Now then, let's see how you can use this: Imagine you are sniping from a building and you see an enemy pilot, and their radar is jammed. You take aim and you fire, which reveals your EXACT location. An enemy could easily just say "Hey, there's an enemy in this building." That is, only if they could see the radar. However, they can't, essentially keeping you and your hidden allies concealed. You can also bypass some of the functionality of both maphack and sonars. As you mentioned in the video, they can still see through the walls. However, this only happens if you are LOOKING in their direction. You also hide the map from them as well, such as corridors of which they wouldn't even think about. You can USE these different angles to your approach.

Titanfall Radar Jammer is a Boost in Titanfall 2. When activated, it will cause the enemy's radar to show only static for 20 seconds. About every 7 seconds a glimpse of the mini-map can be seen. It can be activated at 40% Titan meter.

i know this vid is almost 4 years old now but there is in fact, one, singular use for radar jammer. it can be very useful in modes where the radar is especially important like pilot v pilot and live fire (live fire less so since its hard to get boosts in it)

The only really thing I have to say about the mini map is that it shows in which direction you are hearing things and if there is an enemy pilot that friendly pilot is fighting. Am I pretty much tells you in which direction the enemy is without giving away their exact location just general direction

As a disable ability if it countered smart pistol and other tracking abilities while up it could be useful. Otherwise it's the most minor of inconveniences. It's suppose to suppress, but it doesn't enough to make it relevant.

Maybe instead of affecting the entire map it would affect an area around you, and in that area the titan’s vision would occasionally glitch and the pilot’s UI would be wrong, the mini map would be glitched out and their ordnance and tactical would show something different then what they really have, and if they have 12 bullets it can show 4. and people outside of that area wouldn’t be able to see inside that area on their mini map, it could just be a glitched circle in the area that’s affected

If there were to be a change to the Radar Jammer, I'd say it should change so it jams the enemy radar as well as both making all enemy Titanfalls and enemy Auto-Titans invisible for 5 seconds and making teammates invisible to map hack, sonar pulse and pulse tho the enemy can still use these abilities but they're only effective within a certain radius

Hey good video .I like your stuff ! I don't use this much because....most people play this game like COD ...You and your actual team playing modes like CTF or bounty hunt ,or attrition can gain an advantage if you have a plan in place . A well coordinated attack on several titans can happen if you jam the radar then rush in. also CTF you can trick the other team into thinking you are rushing or retreating .Just usingitt for yourself is why it doesn't seem useful

Something like the radar jammer doesn't feel like it does anything because of how it affects the match. Take Map Hack, for example. You use Map Hack and people can be like "Oh I found that guy because of the map hack," because it has an effect you actively take advantage of, but you never have a moment where you can tell "oh, that guy didn't find me because of radar jammer" because it's something that you take advantage of passively. I personally use the radar quite a bit to discern the direction and proximity of opposing pilots, so a radar jammer kinda screws with me quite a bit

radar jammer should: -disable all titans for 0.5 seconds -reset cooldown pregress for enemies (lies about cooldown progress, but cooldowns dont actually change) -weaken all amped weapons for 10 sec. -remove lock-on abilities for 10 sec. -be renamed to EMP so it makes more sense

Radar jammer is for CoD people that only relies on minimap to find enemies and mow em down. Without it, it's difficult for people to sneak up to other player. Based on my experience, I less likely receive a neck snap behind the a-wall. Though, the best a-wall. Combo is turret. Turret could cover your ass... Sometimes.
