Titanic larger than Carnival Elation? Honest Review

Just Cruised on Elation, and we we're heading back to Jacksonville when Hurricane Helene hit. Jacksonville closed the port. We had to hang out for an extra day and a half at sea east of Miami. So we got a 6.5 day cruise for the price of a 5-day cruise. But I agree with you on a lot of your points. The food was mediocre and I was pretty tired of it by the end. Midday if you went into the pool, it felt like you were in a giant pot of people soup... I don't drink so the bars were moot point except for getting my soda. I did enjoy both of the shows that we saw. It just seemed like an old tired ship. I was on Fascination years ago, so it reminded me of that. When we were in Nassau, the ship Mardi gras was docked next to us. We looked like a rowboat compared to that one! But I agree, and in fact some of the items you rated I might even give a little bit lower score. Next cruise will be on a different ship.

Yeah I think there is a certain place for the elation. It has a almost nostalgic feel but more modern day cruise ships blow this out of the water Thanks for watching!

don’t let the word “small” fool you! the ship is Awesome!!!! if you get caught up with size you may get disappointed! Because I was on MSC and that’s a fairly large ship and the congestion and standing in long lines & sucky food I will NEVER again! This guy who posted this video must be pissed at the cruise ship for some reason or another! But if you’ve never been on it, try it before you pass judgment! It’s a nice ship!

Sometimes you just want to get on a ship. Is it about the same as the Imagination & Inspiration? Those were small too. Sailing in October for a quick, cheap sail within driving distance of the port. Thanks for a funny, but honest review.

I’ve also sailed on fascination ecstasy and elation and enjoyed it. Also love the fantasy class ship in my opinion it’s the best ratio people to sq ft of recreational space. Never lines. My last couple cruises with Rc felt like a zoo and over crowded.
