Mm all looking good but for all this development (like that done on the northside Dublin docklands area with its LUAS tram line) a well planned public transport facility is needed. Not mega car parks!! We musnt attract yet more polluting cars. As a temp arrangement, more Glider routes could hold the fort. But in the long term to make the area alive, a tram line right thru the revived location (part funded by the developers) is the solution.
