Did you ever think , how thick titans armor is? , on the anime it took entire big artillery , abrams has leopard cannon which is 122mm with their penetration cappabilities is around 300mm i guess , and it could penetrate the titan , but it would'nt do much. Edit : Abrams has 500-550 RHA penetration cappabilities Oh yeah , you can see armor titan dying on final season Eps 1

There's no mechanic for that as far as I'm aware, unless you put a bomb on or inside it.
