Is there a way to make it more consistent? Most of the time I can only get 3-4 swings on an enemy before I just go crashing to the ground. Do you need to swing slower to let stuff proc and catch up or something?

la build solo son los mods de la pechera y los brazos, nada mas pero hace tiempo que hicieron que ese melee ya no devuelve energia asi que ya no es funcional, ademas que si llevas un tiempo en tema build sabras que en este caso nada mas es necesariay va a tu gusto

Or. Just put some surges on your Monte Carlo, make it do massive damage while a charged melee (which goes brr) heals you, max armor charge and Woven Mail. Add explosive finisher for a full shackle per 5 charges
