Ran kept Levis instead of Willis who played great in GB against stronger competition. And Derrick Henry balling out for Baltimore when he could have helped them obviously. And then the FA spend was a disaster leading to an even worse record than last year. Ultimately it depends on the real reason she fired vrabel and whether ran had anything to do with that.

I believe this was following the 2014 season, he became infamous for saying that he was going to win the Heisman the next year. Affirmative action was ruled unconstitutional by the supreme court. The Rooney Rule is a cancer. They hired a smooth talking black guy who was not ready and was lazy. Typical and not shocking.
