If my packing was damaged or lost and I ordered a new one but I need something for now what else can I do to get me through one day?

I bought sprayer brand new and after one use I went to clean it and this seal fell out and looked in terrible condition… insane that it’s happened so soon. Poor quality control

Thanks so much for the heads up on the issue 👍. Wanted to check, is that something you were able to resolve with your store or Titan Sales Rep, or do you still need assistance with it? Was it a recent purchase? Let us know, looking to submit a QC Report to our Production Team about it.

@@TitanSpeeflo I bought the sprayer as a kit in oct I’d last year. It came with two sprayers but I hardly resurface so I cracked the second sprayer open in may. I painted some cabinets. When it was time to clean it out, that little seal damn near disintegrated. I thought I had done something wrong but that never happens with my Maxum IIs. I took it to my local shop, they sold me the whole kit even tho I only needed that little seal. I installed it and it’s working fine now. But I worry it will happen again if I clean it out. Will def not be using the elite sprayers anymore.
