So the theory is ... Soul king has the almighty ... with 4 iris on his eyes. Yhwach has 3 iris on his eyes. Uryu has the 4th iris. A reason his iris flickered red like yhwach when yhwach mentioned the almighty. Antithesis is just his innate ability. His volstandig was unstable when his iris flickered red. I think he was using both schrifts in unison against senjumaru.

(I've read the whole manga) I think what Uryu is doing in the anime-canon fights is to show the immense power of the Quincies, meaning that he is VERY, VERY powerful, but Jugram and Yhwach are EVEN stronger, Uryu is indirectly (as double agent) sending signs for the Shinigamis that they THEMSELVES can NOT beat Yhwach and his army, this is especially pointed out in the last fight (Renji vs Uryu) where he says directly to Renji that right now Yhwach has absorbed Reio's power because Uryu thinks (and knows) that most of them shinigamis do NOT know that Yhwach did exactly that (Aizen knew tho, and told that to his surroinding shinigamis, like Urahara,Mayrui,Byakuyra,Shunsui,... but NOT the main cast, aka Orihime,Chad,Ichigo,Yoruichi). He wanted for Ichigo and the other shinigamis to NOT fight the Yhwach army and just to wait for Uryu's plan (which in the end did not do quite well, only Ryuuken and Isshin saved them). Additionaly, he INTERCEPTS Lille's next target Renji, with rushing directly towards Renji just for Lille to not shot him and directly kill him (also, Uryu did NOT want to and did NOT kill Renji, both in anime canon and in manga).

Masked who defeated 2 low/mid tier captains SOUNDLY. As an OG Bleach fan, Yeah, of course Ishida could survive that face tanking. Not only has the Manga constantly reinforced that "Your strength in battle is directly comparable to your willpower and determination." It's shown when Ichigo first manages to hurt Kenpachi, then Kenpachi shows him he could crush him the second Ichigo got confidence. It's why he managed to tag Ulquiorra until he saw that #4 and his confidence and determination is shattered. It's shown when Ichigo is given direct encouragement from Orihime, he realized that he can't just enjoy the combat, he HAD to win and he did. Gin pointed out to Ichigo that the look in his eyes showed he was afraid, and that meant he couldn't win against Aizen, and later thinks to himself "Oh yeah, now he's got it." And Quilge Opie DIRECTLY Tells Ichigo that Ishida is leagues more powerful than the Jailer is. It's preposterous to think "Nah, Ishida's weaker than any of the other Stern Ritters." Then Ishida managed to not only tag the fastest being alive, he managed to drop Ichigo's team out the damn castle without Volstandig in the Manga. Remember, Ishida was roughly on par with Renji in the Hueco Mundo before he started using Blut, And Blut Vene simply made him far stronger than Renji defensively. Couple these together, and YEAH. Ishida was always supposed to be a monster. We just finally get to see it. What did you think Renji could do against the guy who beat the MC. Spoilers for even further clarification: His schrift is "A - The Antithesis" His Yhwach gifted power is to reverse Two things designated. There was literally nothing anyone could do to stop him.

Let's not forget that uryu took out mayuri who was in bankai quite easily using letzt stil which is stated to be far inferior to volstanding, even being praised by mayuri as a genius, that's not praise that should be taken lightly. Also Quillge who was the combat instructor for the sternritters when told by ichigo that his heilig pfiel are stronger than uryus, he says that's not possible, and the quincy would have had data on all of uryus battles since they had data on all of the shinigamis battles as well, and that's before uryu drank yhwaches blood.

Yhwach is soul king son. In the manga, its stated Uryu was able to survive the Aushwalen, & Yhwach told him he has a special hidden power that could potentially surpass his own power. And he made him his successor. The Yhwach in Ichigo made him strong too, so yes, the Yhwach in Uryu makes Uryu strong too 😂👍

Quilge Opie was supposed to be the peak classic Quincy but Uryu’s theme is literally arrows. He took Quilge’s spot. That’s an oversight on Kubo’s part

They finally put Uryu where he belongs. NO shinigami should be able to beat him when you consider what his schrift does right? His ability is almost as broken as the almighty. But Kubo went several steps further and had him ONE SHOT Senjumaru and make her Bankai meaningless. Then proceeds to not even bother dodging Renji's full powered attack.

The difference between mask/james and uryu is that mask was getting cooked over and over again so he probably didn't have much energy to keep his powers going and respawn. Uryu was still pretty fresh by the end of the fight.

Why wouldn’t Uryu be this strong? If he is also an A then he must have abilities that are on the same level as an A. Now can his body handle the power, probably not. If you see the clues, he is obviously straining his body every time he uses that much power. So unlike the Quincy God king, he has limitations for now.

I have a theory, that Uryu has soul king body part(s) in him. Plus he was able to survive the Aushwalen & Yhwach revive him twice so far, potentiall buffing him further as well as the other quincy royal gurads & hashwalt too. 👍
