Titi Ultra 2024 ｜知知超马2024｜50km｜

我常说超马50是欢乐跑，其实并不是我大口气，而50公里是超马中最短的里程；就如在全马中5公里。那有250公里，200公里，168公里，100公里的超马，50公里就是欢乐跑咯。
知知超马供认是超马中其中一个高难度的挑战，50公里总攀升已经超过900米，可想250公里的总攀升会有多少？
凌晨一点钟开跑令我最担忧，因为跑前很难有足够的时间休息。虽在精神不足的状态下开跑，但感恩的能够在时间内完赛；身体虽疲劳，但心情却非常高兴，因可以在自己生日当天得到一份特殊的礼物！
I always say that 50km ultramarathon is a fun run, it’s not that I’m boasting of, in fact 50km is the shortest distance in an ultra event; it’s just like 5km in a marathon. There are 250 kilometers, 200 kilometers, 168 kilometers, 100 kilometers ultramarathons, and 50 kilometers is a fun run.
The Titi Ultra is admitted to be one of the most difficult challenges in ultramarathons. The total elevation gain for 50km has exceeded 900 meters. Can you imagine how much the total EG 250km will be?
This event start at 1am, it is hard to get a good rest before flag off. I was grateful to finished in time although I started in state of low energy. I’m exhausted while crossing finish line, but I’m happy because could get a special gift on my birthday!
