No, she studied Yoruba at Uni. of Wisconsin for 3 years b4 her trip to 9ja. Nevertheless, she is very good. I myself can't speak it without interjecting English words. I must confess, I she speaks better than a whole lot of Yoruba.

I know, but I felt like this interview really alienated those who didn't speak Yoruba. I was very fascinated by the guest and her willingness to learn Yoruba; I really wanted to know more about her journey to Nigeria, her future plans her background etc.

Titilayo Oyinbo, thats so great, seeing white lady speaking yoruba..Am living in germany and have two kids but my kid cant speak like this, though they are trying...so this a great challeng for my kids (they are 11 & 8yrs)...when they see Titilayo speaking they are really challenged to learn more and speak frequently like Titilayo...great work guys keep it up...
