How we determined chloride ion concentration in colored dye solution????

You may never see this but there is a PH probe in the solution which is effectively measuring the concentration of hydrogen in the solution. Because HCl is a strong acid when it enters water functionally but not literally all of the HCl is turned into H+ ions and Cl- ions so by measuring the PH then doing some math you can determine the concentration of the chloride. Also, you titrate to determine the concentration of one unknown solution by reacting it with some other unknown solution
