El Aloe vera tiene muchas maneras de usarla sirve para el rostro, el pelo pero en su momento cuando era mucho más joven la tomaba con limón pero llegó el día en donde me iba ahogando con eso, no recuerdo con exactitud para que la tomábamos en ayunas pero siempre era lo primero del día y con buen hielo. Hoy en día venden varios productos como el sabi loe y es bastante bueno para el organismo y la digestión además trae los cristales de la sábila.

আসসালামু আলাইকুম।আমি আগে ২০১৫ সাল থেকে একজন ক্যান্সারের রোগি ছিলাম আলহামদুলিল্লাহ এখন ভালো আছি তবে ডাক্তার বলেছেন ক্যান্সারের জন্য আমার আরও অনেক জটিল রোগগুলো হয়েছে। এর জন্য আমার ডান কানের ও দুই চোখের সমস্যা রয়েছে। কয়েকমাস আগে আমার নিউমোনিয়া থেকে দুই ফুসফুসে পানি জমে। তাই হাসপাতালে কিছুদিন যাবত ভর্তি ছিলাম। করোনা লকডাউনের কারণে এবং টাকা পয়সার প্রব্লেমের কারনে এখনও ডাক্তার দেখাইতে পারি নি। আমার বাবার যেই কাজ করেন তা হলো একজন বাবুর্চির রান্না করা খাবার এর লাঞ্চবক্স দোকানে দোকানে পোঁছে দেয়া।এই কাজ করে আমার বাবা পরিবারে সচ্ছলতার সহিত চলতে পারে না। আমাদের প্রতি মাসের ঘরভাড়াও প্রতি মাসে পরিশোধ করতে পারেন না। আমার মায়ের ঔষধ লাগে প্রতিদিন। তাই যদি সম্ভব হয় আমাদের পরিবারকে কেউ কিছু সাহায্য করবেন।আমরা ভিক্ষুক না তবে পরিস্থিতির স্বীকার।আমাদের মোবাইল নাম্বার ০১৯৯৬৭৭৭৬৯৬। আপনারা কেউ চাইলে আমার চিকিৎসার যাবতীয় সব কাগজ পত্র দেখতে পারেন বা আমাদের বাসার ঠিকানায় এসে যাচাই করতে পারেন। কেউ সাহায্য না করতে পারলে দোয়া করবেন তবে অযথা ফোনে কল দিয়ে ডিসটার্ব করবেন না।মনে রাখবেন আমি আপনাদেরই একজন মুসলমান বোন। আপনারা সবাই যে যার অবস্থান থেকে যা পারেন যার যার সাধ্য অনুযায়ী দেয়ার চেষ্টা করবেন আমাদের পারসোনাল বিকাশ নাম্বারে (০১৭৭৬৪৬৪৩২৮)। এর বিনিময়ে আল্লাহ ইহকালে ও পরকালে আপনাদেরকে উত্তম প্রতিদান দিবেন ইন শা আল্লাহ।

I don't wanna be mean for I know this is how their culture does.. But how I wish their government would teach them to practice sanitation and that their environment would be more tidy.. I don't question their food for I know it's really good and tasty but am just a little bothered the way they handle and prepare it.. I always believe that HEALTH IS WEALTH so I would like it more if it is prepared with care...
