Work of masterpiece.. Throughout the movie, no single utterance of spoken English, purely local dialect. Unlike today’s home videos that mix English with local dialect, all in the name of forming tushed and thereby making the movie lose it originality. Kudus to the good old days. I miss those

whenever i watch mainframe movies, i feel kind of euphoric that something great like this is done in Nigeria and got me thinking why we couldnt honor this great men and women who have and are telling the African story in the African way like the Indian Government does with their thespians? Every year you see top indian artistes decorated as padma shri, padma vibushan, etc in recognition of their contribution to arts but als in Nigeria when the government helps it is either to cter for a dying artiste. it is saddening. Sir Tk, i pray God elongate your life and that you get the recognition you deserve. kindly help upload ayo ni mofe. thanks sir

I remember watching the very first version of this story back in the 70's, it was transmitted in 2 parts on Nta back then. This one is a redo, how things have changed, I remember those phones that u will spend a minute dialing and then u will get 'All trunks are busy' so u will dial again and spend the whole day dialing. The 90's looks hard when I look back but back then, it was the best days, we was young and healthy, how I wish I had it all again.

To think I was just telling my wife that I have searched everywhere on KZbin for Baba's (TK) Kòseégbé but all was in futility. A random check as usual and voila!!! It's already uploaded. Whosoever that did this, may your work bless generations just as TK's masterpiece has blessed a whole lot. This is a film I can't be tired of watching, viewed it when I was 12 or so. Even with the age of the film everything about it was top notch. What we have in the nollywood now is iranu upandan. In a nutshell the synonym of this movi is NIGERIA! GOD help us. I love the scene of Ogbeni Mako and Silifa. The conversations in the living room were so enriching, and the legendary actors acted it so well. The sharing of thoughts of the three crooks is also very interesting. It will be difficult to have another Yoruna movie to surpass Kosegbe. It's always refreshing watching it. Reformation is possible if we are determined to do so. There will always be a way. Thanks to all that made this possible.
