Great guide and I'm impressed how you can keep it short and sweet considering it is one of the most versatile openers For those who are interested there's also Kazu's TKI (Diao also uses often), which covers some bags where you can't build TKI. Its harder to use than flat top but it only consists of hard drops on first bag and has guaranteed chance of going into LST second bag as well as 6 line PC (2L after 2 TSD)/8 Line PC (1 solve, T SPC after) route kzbin.info/www/bejne/fmKroYdjhtagd8k

I feel like it should be more well known in the English community considering how strong of a variation it is, but currently I can barely find english resources on it aside from being briefly mentioned on four.lol (search 開幕TSD亜種 or TKI Kazu Variation).

One small note. The Imperial Cross TKI can also be performed with early S and L, which you build a heart shape similiar to the O and L in the shape. The O can be the overhang, which will make it have NO PC solves (you can have few solves if you have a early S in 3rd bag I guess so?). Either way, good tutorial!

I knew that but for simplicity sake I only kept the better one, I feel with the other bag other paths were better, though ig it is still useful

@@TitanPlayz100 yeah, the SZ overhang is better than the SO overhang, that's true, however if you don't attempt for a PC then they're all as good

another thing you can do is infinite TKI which is where you repeat a 2-bag pattern which happens with early O in one bag.

I like to actually to put the j layed flat on top of the z piece, and place another s on the right, which leaves out a 3x3 hole that you can transfer into a stsd with a z and an l, if you stack high you can 2w after that too...

Good tutorial. However, it's quite impotant to mention the STSD follow-up when the 6-height is not possible (which is usually the case). Also, note that if PC players can save an I after their PC, the 4 lines you send them can backfire.

Been watching your tutorials recently, just started tetrio like a month ago (C+ currently) but still I can't seem to memorize the openers, do you have like a tips to memorize openers? I can say I'm comfortable with t spin and building flat (trash at look ahead tho)

I’m also not great with the next queue, but memorisation comes with repetition, so what works for me is just going in zen for 1/2 hour and just going over and over the opener until it’s at your normal playing pps, then going to vs as in a vs situation your more likely to go way faster.

Lst is a stacking method using the l and s to make tspins, you can find more at four.lol. I have several pc guides, but a perfect clear is clearing the entire board with no pieces left. Finally down stacking is just clearing lines to reduce your board height.

You have to play a modern Tetris game that has srs like tetr.io, then use anticlockwise a bunch

You just need to remember 2-3 patterns from flat top The hardest part is to maintain LST ig, but that's also pattern recognition Try to get a 20TSD with it
