Every ideal customer profile has certain components. They include Firmographics, Demographics, Technographics, and Psychographics.
On this episode, I'll walk you through how to build a basic one, but then I'll introduce you to TWO secrets that will then make your ICP absolutely unstoppable.
The ideal customer profile (ICP) is such an important tool in startup growth hacking and your startup SaaS sales funnel, I'm dedicating three episodes to this very topic.
On the last one, I gave you an overview of what an ICP is along with the three biggest misconceptions about an ICP.
On this one, I'll walk you through how to define one. And then finally, in the next one... I'll show you how to implement one as part of your SaaS Sales Funnel.

After making a list of 100 dream clients, do we then find commonalities and prioritize the one segment that shows up the most?
