Thank you. I’m currently going through Caruso Homes build on your own lot. From the time they broke ground, how long did it take to build your home? It’s been a lot of patience dealing with Caruso on my end.

We had an issue with them starting construction because they underestimated our LFE. But they were really rolling once we broke ground, and we were blessed with good weather. We'll share our timeline on our next video, stay tuned!

Hi, we covered that a little in our Options & Upgrades video. The cost varies based on a lot of factors such as county, location, lot topo, etc. It's a lot to unpack so we might make a video detailing the process.

For some more insight, we recently closed on a OYL with Caruso for our Kingsport. Out lot was relatively flat with no trees and really no unexpected occurrences. Our Lot Finishing was $190,000 on a 1.25acre lot.

@@rmrider1251 That sounds about right. Could have been a bit cheaper honestly but also depends on your county and the SWD in your final plans.
