Honestly bhannu parda there is really no other ethnic food that is as diverse as Newari. Daal bhat bahek Nepali food bhanekai Newari food ho. Newari food ra Newari culture nai ho Nepal ko ijjat jogaune. And I am not a newar.

So where can I go and order this mythical 84 byanjan? I am talking about reality and you are talking about fiction. Exotic dishes of Rana kitchen from deer, peacock to ghoral to bandel? So the hunted animals/birds is what you consider a dish? You know the first humans started to hunt for food some 2 million years ago, right? Newars are the richest ethnic group in terms of food hands down. There are over 200 dishes in Newar cuisine. Give me an example of one other ethnic food in Nepal that is as diverse and rich as Newari food!

You are wrong twice. 1. Hunted animal's recipes are always considered exotic dishes, esp. when it's from exotic and non-common animals. Yes and they do consider it as a proper dish. 2. Thakali Cuisine is one of the most favored cuisine in Nepal as well. I do agree that Newari cuisine is one of the most rich and diverse food in Nepal.

Everything is very much good and tasty and mouth-wateringly delicious but they put too much of spices in the food items especially redchillies which just burns your stomach after awhile.everything is perfect but you just cant enjoy the food properly while eating due to the chillies in them.Do consider this please
