Well Batman is technically human so sure without equipment and planning it wouldn't end well at all (although he is pretty much peak perfection of a mortal and can do things no regular human can do). Plus they all likely have kryptonite weapons aside from the hell bat suit. Batman faces physically superior metas and super humans like it's his job but as a mortal he would generally not stand a chance unless he's prepared which is kind of Batman's thing. He would avoid engagement at all costs if he's not prepared unless he absolutely had to (which are often the times he gets into trouble or needs help).
