Very eye opening interview, thank you guys for a great show. Matsau should not regret anything,he is a legend of the game. Sometimes it's not about money, many people from his era didn't make a lot of money but they are legends that will forever be part of our football heritage. That man,short as he is was a menace to defenders. With or without money and spotlight, you remain the best.

The brother from small town in Allanridge. Allanridge is well-known becouse this gentleman. I wish to see him getting opportunity to coaching one of biggest team development. May the Lord bless him abundantly with all his heart desires. Is one of the gentlemen who donated to our community during his professional football and he still continues do that but other than that I wish God can touch someone heart and give him opportunity or JOB. This gentleman did pass through difficulties in his life especially when it come to family. It's true he has a big heart.

I'm from Kutlwanong\Odendaalsrus and I'm getting goosebumps watching this, Although he is from Allenridge, I saw him as one of our own (Kutlwanong) but Massaro, Pogiso Mokotjo & Abram Wire Nteo were like our childhood heroes growing up, Watching maGroetman making Pro gave us hope, He had a big heart, had power on his legs....pity that injuries were not so kind with him.... I heard him mentioning Ta Leornard Ponoane ( Also from Kutlwanong) - He stayed couple of houses away from me, Lol I always believed he was gonna take me to Celtic too, My uncle would be like " Ska Wara, Ketla bua le Leornard, wena tswela pele o practice 😂🤣" I played and scored couple of times against his SAB team, He would play sometime and score some crackers..... Lol yeer he was walking on water when he started talking about Pitso Mosimane and his time at Supersport 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thanks TK and your team for bringing him.

But TK sometimes this issue of money you also don't understand it, look I earn less than R12000 but my life is okay and I am able to save, pay policies and socialise. It can't be always that this players are always complaining that they were underpaid, sometimes let's see it the otherway round this teams they really try their best in looking after this boys especially medically???
@tksolutionstv Жыл бұрын
You will earn 12k till 60 or 65, players career ebmbd at 35, so you want to pay them same 12K ?
@tshepobaloyi8804 Жыл бұрын
@TK Solutions TV what I'm trying to say is that our players should save as little as R1000 atleat monthly for that 10year career. There is no too much money TK, yes I understand its bad but they got their fair share too???
@sanelemkhohlwa5397 Жыл бұрын
@@tshepobaloyi8804 you are doing the same mistake that most of our SA fans do. How on earth would you compare someone doing an ordinary job with a professional player that plays on national TV?! Players have to deal with fame first which alone is a HUUGE HUGE problem (And you will never understand it if you were never famous). They then have to deal with pressure from fans who always have opinions, I'm sure wena in your ordinary job there's no one who is always insulting/analysing you about your performance on social media everyday. They have to deal with politics of the game like being sabotaged as MBUYANE said in his interview. Then on top of that they are humans not Robots,they still have personal and family problems like you, they get hurt and depressed in relationships/other personal difficulties just like anyone. They have I risk of injuries and SA clubs dump you once you're injured. These are just some of their challenges I can mention more. And then wena you think A small amount of R10000 can sustain all I have mentioned above. I really wish your son/someone close to you can be a Pro player, that's where you would see that the level is and will never be the same.
@tshepobaloyi8804 Жыл бұрын
@Sanele Mkhohlwa I fully understand you Authi yam, but I want them to atleat save as little as R1500 with Sanlam monthly going forward, because this money matters it seems as if they are forever there and it becomes unfair. @Itumeleng Sekwales interview was straight forward.
@sanelemkhohlwa5397 Жыл бұрын
@@tshepobaloyi8804 well the issue of financial literacy is a national crisis brother. For example where I come from almost 95% of the people who get RAF/lotto/inheritance money blew it up so it's not a problem that is exclusive to players. Saving and having investments are good ideas but you need to get paid fairly first in order to think of saving. The only players that as fans we have a right to be strict and criticise strongly are sundowns players because we know at least they get paid. I highly agree with you in that instance, for example Sipho nunes said in his interview he was earning R110 000 so definitely he was supposed to save whereas abo Tso vilakazi were earning R3000. Since SAFA can see that our players suffer when it comes to finances due to our backround, there must be a PSL minimum wage just like Etoo did his country , after that teams must withhold some money and invest/contribute to annuity funds on behalf of players just like in Europe, I'm sure you heard that Anele Ngconga received a lumpsum from his former team from Europe when he died. And saving without a proper plan to use your funds is useless because players retire late 30's ,a 10 year annuity investment paying 1000 per month is worth less than R200 000. That R200 000 won't even last you 3 Years after retirement more especially if you have started your own family.
