Today's video features several landings at Sydney Airport on Runway 16R. The morning is quite busy with many long haul flights making their way into Sydney which begins to accept its first landings at approximately 0600. The weather was quite unusual with haze and thunderstorms and rain making their way in and out of the day. Please enjoy the lineup, cheers!

A330 at 3:10 engine's reverse thrust on 1st engine was not deployed and B747 at 4:26 3rd engine's reverse thrust was not deployed

I take it you were on Sheps Mound...R 16 R in operation with aircraft taxiing for 16 L or 34 R ?? Munificent again !!

Yep Sheps mound this time and yep the aircraft were taxiing to 16L, good little spot though no good for departures with a thick row of trees getting in the way of the best point of the take off

I noticed that too. Only reverser on engine 2 deployed at 3:10. Unusual. Must have caused stability issues in keeping the plane staight

Stunning shot specially the 380...I don’t know what Quantas is planning to do with their 380 as many carriers withdraw them from their fleet... Did you use a tripod to have steady pictures ?

Thanks very much for watching with the Qantas A380's no news on removing them from the fleet currently. Most are being refurbished with new first/business class product, so reckon they'll be around for a while. Generally I don't use a tripod for recording
