Netball is a women's sport. Basically Basketball with many rules. And, Angampora is kinda similar to East-Asian combat techniques (like you see Shaolin monk stuff) once my English teacher told a boy in a bus started kind of harassing a girl. Little did he know, she was trained in Angampora. She touched a pressure point in his hand (taught exclusively in Angampora) and he nearly fainted. Angampora had so much history. Like a special training of it leads you to have a leaps like those you see in cartoons...it is considered one of most deathly martial arts in the world (seconding to of east asian martial art).
