Awesome reaction, I'm happy you liked the Czech Republic 🇨🇿. Just remember, whenever you drink a Budweiser, it's actually a Czech beer. It comes from České Budějovice, whose German name is Budweis, that name then states it originates from the city of Budweis. Like your channel.

Actually Budweiser in USA is totally different beer. They have decades long legal dispute. While Czech Budweiser is decent beer, the other one is not. What is the difference between American Budweiser and sex on a boat? None. Both can be described as f*ing close to water.

Awesome, my country! Actually, about the beer consumption, in restaurants beer is often cheaper than water.

I will explain the suburbs for you, since that is american thing, and you may have never experienced otherwise. You guys have too strict zoning rules, which does not allow any mid rise buildings. That means that people can live in giant highrises, or single family homes. Nothing in between, apart from a few old buildings. Since most people chose the single family home, population density is too low. Everything becomes too far away, everyone needs a car to get anything, even public transportation fails to be effective with such low density. You want a milk from nearby grocery store? 10 minutes car ride. In czech republic, it is very different. I will describe where I live, rather than some abstract example. I live in a commie block city part, with 10 000 residents, which makes up 10% of my city population. I say city, because it has a cathedral, thus the medieval definition of a city applies. If you remember those depresive gray cities from Ukraine or Russia, forget that vision. All of them are well maintained, all of them are covered in layer of insulator and painted in dim pastel colors. This quarter is 5 minutes wide, and 20 minutes long, with no roads, only sidewalks and greenery between houses, there are only a few dead end roads, for trash collection and emergency vehicles. The distance is expressed as walking time. We have three small grocery stores, several small clothes shops (owned by vietnamese), postoffice, kindergarden, we have a clinic with pediatrist, gynecologist, several doctors for adults, drugstore, dentist and X-ray. If we need to commute anywhere outside this quarter (and most of what you need is already here), we have a bikepath, sidewalks everywhere of course, and public transport (trolleybuses) going every ten minutes in peak hours. Going by car is the last option, and the most expensive one (average american household pays 30% of income for a car, we pay about 1/50 of our wage for yearly ticket for mass transit). Criminality is nearly nonexistent, so kids walk to local school since age of six alone (capacity of elementary school is cca 2000 students). Older kids commute to lyceums and other specialised schools in city center by mass transportation. Apart from the small grocery stores, our quarter neighbours two large hypermarkets, which are in walkable distance. There is also a retirement house built in here. Next to us, the city ends, and I walk about 10 minutes to reach the nearby nature reservation. It is not some national park full of bears and eagles, just 6 large ponds, some forests and meadows. But ducks, swans, geese, seagulls and cormorants are cool, and we see rabbits and deer as well, it is an ideal size to walk around after sunday lunch. If I want to see something else, I can take bikepath out of the city, reaching nearby town with one of those castles which were shown in just 8 km (5 miles) (or a bus). If we lived like americans, there would be no free land, just endless carpet of family houses. Btw traveling across country is easy - just take a train, it goes every hour. there are also buses, but I prefer to stretch my legs.

a little bit of a dissapoitment time: A lot of castles in Czech Republic (maybe even majority of them) are ruins. But it's a really cool thing anyway. Czech landscape actually is practically riddled with castles, when you look also for ruins and in my opinion (although, I'm interested in middle ages) it's maybe even better experience, because it has some exploring taste to it. And also, it's mostly free to go to the ruins ;)

Just one clarification about the beer thing. You were not completely wrong about Germany. But you have to realise that in European scale it is a pretty big country and the culture in some of the states is not completely the same. Most people hold Germany as the biggest beer lover because of Bavaria. And they actually really drink more beer than us. I think its about 170l per capita per yer.

Nice video! Thanks to the author of the channel for this fascinating video! It is interesting to see how people live in other countries! It is very important to know foreign languages on such trips. I would like to recommend to all travelers a practical guide to learning foreign languages by Yuriy Ivantsiv "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages". This book contains a lot of useful tips on how to learn a foreign language for tourists, students, entrepreneurs and anyone who needs a foreign language in life. There are a lot of good tips on how to solve problems with the language from beginner to advanced level of language learning. It turns out that the traveler only needs to know a few dialogues and you can easily travel around the world! You don't have to spend a lot of time to fully learn a foreign language, you just need to learn what you can use when you travel. I wish everyone exciting travels!
