one thing you need to fix in the game or it will die globally. you need to not allow top 3 guilds to ally anyone. because in EVERY SERVER the top 3 guilds are allying and winning every siege and keeping the castle with them forever. if this continues , your game will die by maximum 6 months to 1 year. but if top 3 guilds cant ally anyone , then rest of the server will have a chance with capturing castle and it rotates between server guilds. otherwise players will give up and quit game.

Definitely not a problem on every server. Certainly isn't on mine. We've got healthy pvp. If the top three guilds couldn't Ally anyone, nobody would be able to hold castle longer than 2 weeks. Though I'd prefer if alliances weren't as massive as they are. 280 is a lot of players. Even half that is a lot. Lowering the alliance or guild sizes would allow for much more competition & loot would be more rewarding. There isn't enough loot for 280 man alliances even if you're hard-core farming a server.

Also castle siege is what makes big guilds fall apart, it's not what will kill the game. TNL needs better rewards for bosses (for everyone). Like pity tokens that always drop, so you can eventually get your weapons. TNL also needs more PvP content that is rewarding. I would also like more ways to earn lucent because getting 100k+ for a tevent weapon is unfeasible for 99%+ of the player base. Open world pvp would be awesome. The map is largely wasted and pointless at the moment. The areas around bosses are way too small. When you get geared, the game is pretty boring. There isn't a whole lot to do except the same loop of boring bosses and content. TNL needs variety most of all. I would argue that all of these issues are bigger than siege. I would also argue that siege is much less impactful than any of these issues. Archeage had fantastic open world pvp (but aa sucked after 2.9) & tons of ways to make money. The flagging system (you could kill your own faction) was 10/10 and way beyond its time. Aion also had amazing open world pvp & it was necessary to gear for pvp, so it was rewarding. They should take a few pages out of their playbooks. This game could be something very special if they play things correctly. I think class & playstyle variety kind of sucks right now too. There just aren't many good options & most people run the same builds, and they play the same way. Again, variety is lacking across the board.
