My dad and older brother were always making fun of me for listening to TLC as a child because I was into a "girl" group, so therefore dismissed me as "not manly" and calling me a "lady boy". But I didn't care. I loved TLC as a child and had a great time watching them perform live at the concert. I even got to meet them up close and personal and they were even welcome to let me and my mom take a picture with them. Love you, Mom. The late great Paul Williams of the Temptations had it and refused to see a doctor for treatment of the pain it bring, turning to alcohol instead. A big loss.

Man, I had a serious crush on Left Eye. I was about 19 when this song came out. I had bought the 12" Maxi Single for "Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg", and when I saw this video, I literally fell in love with Left Eye. I love how when they dance they showcase their personality. Left Eye danced with so much energy which repsented the CRAZY as she was so out there and care-free. Chilli dances so seductively and sensual which represents the SEXY as she is exactly that: a sexy R&B girl. And T-Boz dances so smoothly which represents the COOL as she is so laidback and chill. I appreciate this because even though they're all doing the same choreography, they don't dance like stiff manufactured robots that we see today and we actually see their personalities through the way they dance.
