I think Shauna has a lot of internalized anger that hasn’t been able to release in a healthy way, which may be the reason she has such a short fuse with people in these situations. I know that her sister just wanted her to feel normal and be a part of the group, but if her height was inhibiting that she may have become overwhelmed with those emotions and ended up snapping. It’s not an excuse to act like that but being able to acknowledge why it’s happening is the first step to dealing with it

I'm probably looking too far into this, but I feel like they tend to disregard their other sister's feelings at times. If she just wanted a simple peaceful brunch, then let the girl have it! Shauna is very insecure of herself, complains about everything and is way more judgemental of everyone else around her than they are of her. She needs to learn to love herself, thays the problem, she doesn't love herself and therfore she looks outward and pays way too much attention to what everyone else does or says about her. If she'd focus inward instead of outward and stop worrying about whatever is going on with everyone else, I think she may find happiness.
