Mental health plays such a huge role in hoarding and general messiness. Oh my good! The lady renting out the downstairs appartement with her daughter is going through hell! It seems like they've been really patient. I love how calm and polite Lolie was with her landlord and the fact that Denise wholeheartedly apologized.

The neighbor is gold and so sweet. I watched the full version and she told Denise that she would do anything to help her fix it and later to the interviewers she said that Denise thought it was embarrassing but it was depression and she just needed help 😭

Her neighbor really cares deeply about her. She’s crying just as hard as Denise. She’s truly wanting to help her. I feel awful for Denise but this is what she needs.
